Kelsey L. Kittleson

Kelsey Kittleson comes to the Law Office of Aaron L. Jones, PLLC with over twelve years of litigation experience working primarily in the Spokane, Washington area.  She was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and studied journalism at the University of Idaho.  After obtaining her undergraduate degree, she relocated to Spokane, Washington where she went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2010.

After passing the Washington State Bar Exam, Kelsey began pursuing her legal career in Spokane, Washington.  Focusing her practice in the areas of family law, employment law, personal injury, landlord tenant disputes and various other areas of civil litigation.  In 2015, Kelsey had the opportunity to do contract work for the YWCA Spokane, assisting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in family law and protection order matters.  In August of 2017, Kelsey joined the YWCA Spokane as a fulltime staff attorney, serving survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Spokane, Whitman, Stevens, Lincoln, Pend Oreille and Ferry counties.  She continued this work until 2024, leaving the YWCA Spokane to return to private practice.  In May of 2024, Kelsey joined the Law Office of Aaron L. Jones, PLLC where she continues to practice in family law, domestic violence related issues, and has returned to practicing in various areas of civil litigation.

Outside of her work, Kelsey is active in volunteering her time with a variety of organizations and boards.  She currently is a member of the Gold Award Committee for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho and previously served as the Chair-Elect, Chair, and Past Chair for the LGBT Law Section for the WSBA from 2019 – 2022.  In addition to her volunteer work, Kelsey enjoys hiking, playing disc golf, and spending time with family and friends.
